Elizabeth has been swimming since she was six months old. She learned her love of swimming, first in her grandparents’ pool, and then she graduated to swimming five days a week at a local swim club. Her many years of swimming competitively instilled proper swim technique with every stroke she took, along with the importance of water safety and hard work. As a teenager and into her twenties, Elizabeth taught swim lessons at the local town pool. Her love of swimming, teaching, and children brought her to where she is today. She is an elementary physical education teacher, a lacrosse coach, a swim instructor, a yoga instructor and the owner of 716 Swim. Elizabeth holds her American Red Cross certification as a Water Safety Instructor, along with her Instructor Red Cross certifications in CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding Instructor, and Responding to Emergencies.
